Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders leave our studio within 2–4 business days, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns

If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, email us with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged items

Handmade ceramics travel well, but accidents happen. If anything arrives broken, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it free of charge.
